The objectives may be set at the company, department or individual level. Clicking on the Objective menu on the left area allows you to see the list of objectives that have been assigned to you with the possibility to add individual objectives. Click on Add the new objective button to add the individual objective and key results.

A new window will pop up to include the Objective and Key Results information.

Some important notes in creating an objective:

  • Weightage: Auto defined by system when you create the objectives. It can be adjusted by managers and HR.
  • Key Results: Quantitative / measurable goals in number or % that are required for an objective completion.
  • Qualitative Goals: hardly measurable goals however essential as part of getting the objective tracked until it successfully completed.
