The appraisal form will be available once it is activated in system. It is not necessarily available right after you access the module however it depends on the appraisal start date by the Admin. For example, the performance cycle is from 1 Jan 2021 until 31 Mar 2021 and appraisal starts from 1 March 2021. You will be able to see the appraisal form with effect from 1 March 2021 only.
