By having the interview process set up, you will be able to have several stages of interview arranged for a candidate.


The interview process helps define and specify what will be done on each interview step.


1. Go to HR Lounge > Recruitment > Settings





2. Search for Interview Process and click "Add Process" button



A pop-out window to add or update an interview process will appear.

There are two types of steps; 


  • Assessment
  • Interview : When you select this step during a candidate's Interview stage, you need to select which scorecard applicable for the interviewers to answer/fill in after the interview has been completed.


You may create as many interview processes as you wish. For example, the interview process based on job positions, department, country and more.
