Once a new account for new employee has been created, the system will not automatically send an activation email to him/her. Instead, the HR needs to manually click "Send Activation Email" to trigger the system to send a username and temporary password for first time login.

To send or re-send the activation email to employees especially the new joiners, follow these steps :


1. Click on Settings.


2. Click on Users.


3. Tick the checkbox next to the Name of Employee you wish to send the activation email to.


4. Click on the Send activation email icon.



5. A 'Send activation email' prompt will appear on the screen. Click Yes to proceed, or No to cancel the action.


6. Upon clicking Yes, the password (activation email) will be sent to the employee.
