1. Go to HR Lounge > Recruitment 

2. Click on Settings button (next to Dashboard) 



3. At Pre - Assessment Form, put your cursor at the pencil icon and click on it to edit the settings. 


4.  Turn the Mandatory? button off to make the question optional for the candidate to respond. You can turn off all buttons if you wish the candidate to only submit their CV, First name, last name and email address. Click on Update Form button once done.
