As BrioHR is a computerized payroll system, users may download the EPF Text File from the BrioHR account, by going to the Statutory Reporting column, at the Payroll Dashboard.
HR LOUNGE > PAYROLL > SELECT PAYROLL MONTH > STATUTORY REPORTING > EPF > TEXT FILE
Alternatively, if you do not wish to download the EPF Text File, and prefer to manually generate the Form A from the KWSP i-Akaun portal (for employers only), you may do so by clicking on the below link -
*Note: Upon downloading the Form A from the KWSP i-Akaun portal, you would have to manually fill in the relevant details, before making the submission to KWSP directly.
