The system will send notifications via in-app and e-mail to:


1. Only to interviewers – for interviewing scheduling

2. Only to interviewers – for interview cancellations

3. To recruiter/specific user – assign a user to do screening for a candidate

4. Specific user for internal offer approval request


PART 1: ONLY TO INTERVIEWERS - FOR INTERVIEW SCHEDULING


The e-mail notifications DOES NOT go to the candidates at this point. It is meant to inform the interviewer that they have an interview scheduled for them, and they need to access the system to use the Interview Scorecard for feedback post-interview.


The e-mail notification comes with a button to add the event to the calendar or download as ICS format to export to other digital calendars (such as Microsoft Outlook, Apple Calendar etc)


The event calendar DOES NOT come with video call link --> the interviewer need to create separate video call link.

PART 2: ONLY TO INTERVIEWERS - FOR INTERVIEW CANCELLATIONS


Once a scheduled interview is cancelled, the interviewer will receive an e-mail notifying him/her that the interview has been cancelled.


If the interviewer has added the event into the calendar, kindly manually remove it from the calendar as the system won’t auto-remove the event upon interview cancellation. 



PART 3: ONLY TO RECRUITER/SPECIFIC USER - ASSIGN A USER TO DO SCREENING FOR A CANDIDATE


The recruiter/specific user will receive e-mail notification if he/she is assigned for candidate screening. Once the screening is done, the user needs to login to BrioHR to input the screening feedback.


The e-mail notification comes with a button to add the event to the calendar or download as ICS format to export to other digital calendars (such as Microsoft Outlook, Apple Calendar etc)


The event calendar DOES NOT come with video call link --> the user need to create separate video call link.

PART 4: SPECIFIC USER FOR INTERNAL OFFER APPROVAL REQUEST


Using a Generate Offer button, a request can be made via system to request an internal approval before extending the offer to candidate.



The approver will receive a notification to his/her e-mail to access BrioHR to process the approval request.



The approver approve or reject the offer letter to successful candidate.



Upon approval, the candidate's application progress page will show Offer status.
