*NOTE : Please be informed that when you proceed to edit/delete a past compensation, for record purposes, the modification will not be updated in the existing payslips and payroll reports, as the compensation has already been used in the past payroll.


1. At the employee's Profile, click on the Compensation tab.



2. Hover your mouse over the compensation you wish to edit/delete, and click on the Edit icon.



3. As the compensation has been used in a past payroll, by default, you will only be allowed to edit the Comment section. To proceed with the modification, click on "Enable editing".



4. Once you have clicked "Enable editing", you will be able to perform the following actions :


a. Edit the Effective Date 

b. Edit the Salary Type

c. Edit the Amount

d. Input a Comment


After you have added the new information, click Save to complete the action, OR click Delete to delete the compensation.



5. The edited compensation will be reflected at the Compensation tab accordingly, as follows :



6. If the compensation has been deleted, the record of salary will be removed from the Compensation tab accordingly, as follows :
