If you would like enable/disable the settings to allow the employees to edit their own objectives after the manager has confirmed the objectives, you may refer to the below steps :

1. Click on the Settings icon.


2. At the User Groups tab, click on the Edit icon of the User Group you wish to modify. 


*NOTE : The configuration is applicable to any User Group. The example shown below, is for the Employee User Group.





3. Click on Employee Modules Permission category.


4. At the Performance Module column, tick/untick the 'Allow to edit objectives after manager has confirmed' checkbox.


*NOTE : If this checkbox has NOT been selected, the employees will NOT be able to edit their own objectives after the manager has confirmed the objectives.


5. Click Save to complete the action.
