*NOTE : By default, all job statuses are set as "Active".
To set the job status as "Inactive", follow the below steps :
1. At HR Lounge, click on Recruitment.
2. At Dashboard > All Candidates, search for the name of the employee and click on "..." > See candidate profile.
3. At the "JOBS APPLIED" column, click on the green dot, to change the job status from "Active" to "Inactive".
4. When the job has been set as "Inactive", the green dot will change to a red "x" icon, to indicate the inactive status.
*NOTE : This action can be undone, by clicking on the "x" icon again, to change the status from "Inactive" to "Active".
5. Once a job has been made inactive, it will no longer appear under the "APPLIED" column, at Dashboard > All Candidates.
*NOTE : Only jobs with "Active" status will be visible under the "APPLIED" column, at Dashboard > All Candidates.
a. Example of the "APPLIED" column, when the "HR Executive" job status is set as "Active" by default :
Here, both jobs are visible, as the default status has been set as "Active".
b. Example of the "APPLIED" column, when the "HR Executive" job status is set as "Inactive" :
Here, the "HR Executive" job is not visible as the status has been set as "Inactive".
6. Additionally, once a job has been set as "Inactive" at the Candidate's Profile, when you click on the job from Dashboard > Open Jobs, you will no longer find the application from the said candidate, UNLESS the "Display inactive candidate(s)" advanced filter is selected.
a. Before the "Display inactive candidate(s)" advanced filter is selected :
The candidate is not visible.
b. After the "Display inactive candidate(s)" advanced filter is selected :
The candidate is visible.
7. Lastly, in the Recruitment Report which can be accessed from HR Lounge > Reports, you may also include the "Active/Inactive" status, by following the below steps :
a. HR Lounge > Reports > Recruitment Report
b. Select : Jobs & Application Date
c. At the Fields & Filters tool, click on the "Candidate Information" category
d. At the "Active" filter, click on the "Add filter" button
e. Select the values : Yes/No
f. Click on the "Apply changes" button to apply the filter before exporting your report
