1. At HR Lounge, click on Leave.




2. Click on "Leave Management" to view :


a. Leave overview or
b. 
Credit leave overview





3. Utilize the available filters, to customize your search according to :

a. Year 

b. Employee Name
c. Leave Status
d. Leave/Credit Type
e. Month (for Leave overview only)
f. Department
g. Office
h. Expiry Date (for Credit leave overview only)



A) For Leave overview :




3. Tick the checkbox, to manage the leave/credit leave applications for more than one employee by bulk, such as to :

a. Approve
b. Reject
c. Require info
d. Re-open
e. Cancel


 

B) For Credit leave overview :





3. Tick the checkbox, to manage the leave/credit leave applications for more than one employee by bulk, such as to :
a. Approve
b. Reject
c. Require info
d. Re-open
e. Cancel






*NOTE

It is advisable to filter the Leave/Credit leave applications according to the same status, before performing the bulk action.

As shown in the example below, the HR Admin is restricted from clicking on the "Approve/Reject/Require info" buttons, as the leave applications with two different statuses ("Approved/Pending" statuses) were selected at the same time.

Here, there HR Admin will not be able to click on the "Approve/Reject/Require info" buttons again, since one of the leave applications selected to perform the bulk action, has already been approved.





In a situation where you find the action buttons greyed out, you may hover your mouse over the restricted button, to view the reason accordingly, as shown in the sample screenshot below.
