IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: To all payroll masters, take note that the Beneficiary ID (IC/Passport number) field is now MANDATORY
As confirmed by CIMB, the Beneficiary ID (IC/Passport number) field is now mandatory.
In abiding by this update, we at BrioHR, have auto-updated the system to reflect these amendments.
HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO TAKE NOTE OF:
If the Beneficiary ID has not been filled in, you will receive an error as per below.
However, you can follow these steps to fill in the Beneficiary ID for the employees accordingly:
1) Go to the Employee's Profile > Click on Identity Documents
2) Click on the Edit button to fill in the MyKad/ Passport number
3) Click on Save once the information has been filled in to complete the process.
