As per our latest update on HR Lounge, we have simplified the process of launching the new joiners Onboarding process!
This new update now allows for the Onboarding process to be initiated with 2 different methods.
Refer to the steps below to follow through:
Method 1 : Through HR Lounge
As per our newest update, click into HR Lounge and search for the new joiner in the Employee List. Next, click on the Three Dot button and select Start Onboarding in the dropdown list.
This will initiate the onboarding for the new joiner accordingly.
Method 2 : At the Employee's Profile
At the Employee's Profile, click on the Three Dot button and select Start Onboarding from the dropdown options available.
This will initiate the onboarding for the new joiner accordingly. 
Onboarding process
Once the steps above have taken place, you will be able to find the New Joiner in the list as per the screenshot below. To get to this page, you will need to go to HR Lounge, then click into the Onboarding module.
At the Onboarding Dashboard, search for the new joiner and click on the Start button.
A pop up will appear to select the type of onboarding process for this new joiner. Once the onboarding process has been selected, click on Next and the Onboarding process for the new joiner will now begin!
