What is the Pulse Survey module?

This is the latest feature in BrioHR and it allows the HR to send quick and simple surveys to the employees to collect immediate feedback from them. 


Before the HR can set up configurations of the Pulse Survey module, you as an Admin need to ensure that the module permission access has been enabled for the HR.


To get started, log in to BrioHR >


1. Click on Settings.


2. Go to User Groups and find the user group that the HR is assigned under (for example, Admin).


3. Click the pencil icon to open edit mode.



4. Go to the category HR Modules Permission (this refers to the HR Lounge).


5. Search for Pulse Survey Module and toggle it ON to enable.


You will see two sub-access permission under this module ;


First access: Allow survey configuration

  • Enable this access if you would like the HR to have access to the configuration/setting section of the module


Second access: Allow survey result access

  • Enable this access if you would like HR to view the final result


6. Click Save.
