After the Admin has enabled permission to access the Pulse Survey module, the HR is able to access this module from the HR Lounge.

*NOTE: Refer to this article for how to enable the Pulse Survey module in the User Group.


Login to BrioHR >


1. Go to HR Lounge.


2. Click on Pulse.



You will be directed to the Pulse Survey dashboard. If there are any ongoing surveys or past surveys, those will be recorded here.


3. Click on +New Survey.



A pop-out template to create a new survey will appear.


4. Give a title for your new survey creation, and click Create to get started.



During a new survey creation, there will be two (2) sections you need to set up.


First section: Questions - for you to set up survey questions


Second section: Setting - for survey configurations


FIRST SECTION: QUESTIONS


1. Click Question.


This section is for you to set up questions you would like to add and build for your survey.



Introduction


This is for you to create an introduction that helps the respondents to understand the purpose of the survey 

and why their feedback is valuable.


A pre-made introduction is provided and you can remove it and add your own.



Happiness Index Question


This is for you to create questions for the respondents to answer. Keep it simple and easy to understand. Also, you are able to set the scale level needed as the answer and change the description for every level.


Pre-made questions and level descriptions are provided and you can remove them and add your own.

Explanation


This is for the respondents to describe their answers in detail. Select the checkbox for "Is Required?" if you want this field to be compulsory.


Thank You Note


The message written in this field will appear after the respondents have completed the survey. 


2. Click Save.


3. Click Preview near the Introduction field to have a preview of how your survey is going to look like.




SECOND SECTION: SETTINGS


1. Click Setting.


This section is for you to configure the setting of your Survey creation.



Confidentiality


Choose the survey confidentiality :


  • Hide respondent name:  The responses will be anonymous and the respondent's name will not be recorded
  • Show respondent name: The respondent's name is visible in the survey and recorded when answering





Target Audience


Select the respondents to send out the survey. They will receive a survey link via email when you launch this survey.


  • Send to all employee:  All employees in your company will receive the survey link
  • Choose from specific criteria: Employees that meet all the criteria selected will be included in the target audience

There are three (3) criterias available; Office, Department, and Position.

 

2. Click Save.
