When a survey is ongoing, you will be able to 'Stop' the survey and this will disable the employees from responding to it. You can always re-launch a stopped survey whenever you want.

However, if you wish to delete and archive a survey, you can only do so once the survey has stopped.


Firstly, you need to open the Pulse Survey Module >


1. Go to HR Lounge.

2. Click on Pulse and you will be directed to the Pulse Survey dashboard.


A) To Stop an Ongoing Survey


1. Click on the Stop button.



2. A pop-out message to confirm stopping a survey will appear. Click Stop to proceed.


Note: Once the survey is stopped, the campaign will be closed and the respondents will not be able to provide answers anymore.

B) To Launch a Stopped Survey



1. Click on the Launch button.



2. A pop-out message to confirm launching a survey will appear. Click Launch to proceed.


Note: 

1. Once you launch a stopped survey, a link to access the survey will be sent to the respondent's email. 

2. The previous responses will be re-set and kept as the first campaign result and the respondents will need to answer the survey again for the second time.




C) To Delete and Archive a Stopped Survey


If you wish to delete and/or archive a survey, you can only do so for stopped surveys.


1. Click on the ellipsis (...) button. A list of options will appear:


  • Archive 
  • Delete



C (i) - Archive


When you click Archive, a pop-out confirmation message will appear.

2. Click Archive to confirm.

Note: You can not launch or edit the settings of archived surveys, but you will still be able to access the results.


C (ii) - Delete


When you click Delete, a pop-out confirmation message will appear.

2. Click Delete to confirm.

Note: Deleting will permanently delete the survey including the results (if available). This process cannot be undone.


Alternatively, you can stop, launch and delete a survey by clicking on the survey title itself.


1. Click on an existing survey's title. For example, Workplace Culture Survey.



2. At the right corner of the survey table, there is :


  • A Stop button (will change to a Launch button once the survey has stopped).
  • An ellipsis (...) button to open the Delete button.
