In line with the announcement by several State Governments for an additional public holiday due to the recent state Elections, we have now added the 13th and 14th of August 2023 as "2023 State Elections Special Holiday" in the system.
*Note: Only applies to businesses that observe Selangor, Negeri Sembilan, Kedah, Kelantan, and Terengganu state holidays.
*NOTE : This automatic update only applies if no customization of the public holiday has been made.
If you have customized public holidays, kindly follow the below steps to manually add the "2023 State Elections Special Holiday" in the system.
1. Go to Settings.
2. Click on Offices.
3. At the office you wish to add the public holiday, click on the Edit icon under the "ACTIONS" column.
4. At the "Edit an office" pop-up window, scroll down to the "Customize public holidays" section and turn on the toggle.
5. Scroll down and click on the "Add day" button.
6. Input the Name and Date.
* You may click the bin icon to discard any changes made.
* If you wish to add more than one public holiday, click on the "Add day" button again, and repeat the process.
7. Click Submit to complete the action. Otherwise, click Cancel to cancel the action.
At the Home dashboard, you can see the newly added public holiday reflected in the "Who's Away?" calendar.
