In order for employees to be able to submit their leave applications for the year 2024, the HR / Admin will need to take note of the steps below.

Please ensure that the employees first have the settings enabled for them to be able to access the leaves in the following year. This can be done via Settings > User Groups > Select Employee User Group > Edit > Employee Modules Permission > Leave Module > Allow access to following year

Note: You will need to have access as the Admin of the account, in order to set up the employee access in their User Group settings.




Once this setting has been enabled, the employees will be able to submit their leaves for the following year on the system. 

This process is applicable to both Web Browser applications and the Mobile App.


For Mobile App users, be sure to click on the "Tap to Update" button upon opening the app to ensure you have the latest version. This update should be performed directly within the application, not through the App Store/Play Store.


Example:  If the access is not enabled on the system, the employee will not be able to select the Year 2024.

For Web Browser:

 

Once the access has been enabled for the employee, the employee is now able to select the Year 2024 from the dropdown option.




Note: The only leave type this is not applicable for, is the Childcare Leave for Singapore. This is due to the restrictions set by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) on this leave entitlement. you can refer to this article to find out more about the utilization of Childcare Leave.

For Mobile App: 


Once the access has been enabled for the employee, the employee is now able to select the Year 2024 from the dropdown option.
