In this tutorial, we are going to show you how to add an hourly rate for an employee whose salary is being paid based on the number of hours worked.


1. Go to People > Type in the employee's name


2. Click on his name to open his personal profile


3. Go to Compensation tab to add an hourly rate


4. Look for Salary Table


5. Click on +Add Salary


6. Choose an effective date, choose type: hourly and add the amount (rate)


7. Click on Save
