Sometimes, there are situations whereby you as a manager need the 360 feedback givers to modify their submitted feedback and ratings, or there are requests from the feedback givers to edit their submission.

As a manager or appraiser, you are able to send back feedback from the appraisee's personal performance page. Please watch this video for step by step to send back feedback.
