You would like to download a statutory text file (eg, PCB text file) and you encounter a warning message :
Unable to generate the file: <Employee Name> is missing MyKad (for Malaysian)
Unable to generate the file: <Employee Name> is missing Passport (for Foreigner)
Why this happens?
The employee (as stated in the warning message) is missing his Identity Documents such as MyKad (for Malaysian) or Passport (for Non-Malaysian)
To resolve this warning message?
Please input the missing Identity Documents.
1. Open the employee's personal profile
2. Go to Identity Documents
3. For Malaysian: Please input the MyKad number at [MyKad] field
4. For Non-Malaysian: Please input the Passport number at [Passport] field
