What is "Allow Login With"?

This feature allows you to restrict the login method that you wish the employees to use to log in to the BrioHR account.

For example, if your company would like all the employees to log in with Google only, you may disable the access to log in with Password/Microsoft/Okta.

How to manage the access to the login methods?

  1. Go to Settings > Company page.
  2. Click the edit button and scroll down to the bottom.
  3. Decide the login method that you would like to enable or disable, then toggle on or off the checkbox on the right-hand side.
  4. Save.

TIPS:

  1. Password: Login using your email address and password.
  2. Google: Login with Google.
  3. Microsoft: Login with Microsoft.
  4. OIDC: Login with Okta.

Important Reminder: Please ensure accurate management of access to the login methods to prevent issues such as being unable to log in to the account due to the disabling of the correct login method utilized by your company.

When turning off login options, please ensure your email account supports Single Sign On (SSO). If you are unable to login, please contact support@briohr.com

Once the access has been restricted, the employee will receive the message “You are not allowed to perform this login method. Please contact your HR administrator” when they try to log in using the restricted method (Password/Microsoft/Okta) that is disabled. Example screenshots as per below:
