What is Claim Unique ID?
Each claim report and request will be assigned a unique Transaction ID (Claim Unique ID) for identification. This Transaction ID is automatically generated by the system, allowing you to easily locate and search for specific claims, particularly when there are numerous requests on the page that may be challenging to distinguish individually.
How to check the transaction ID for the claim report?
1. Go to Home > My Claims.
2. Hover the mouse over the claim report name.
How to check the transaction ID for a claim request?
1. Click the arrow button, then view details.
How to search using transaction ID?
1. Copy the transaction ID and put it in the search bar to search for the claim.
