Introducing our latest feature within the Recruitment module which allows for multiple approvers to be selected for the Offer stage!
Inorder to have this setup on your end, you may refer to the steps below:
1) HR Lounge > Recruitment > Dashboard > All Candidates >Select employees in the Offer stage > Generate Offer
2) Fill in the details on the Generate Offer stage > Select the multiple approvers required > Send Offer
3) Under the activities column, the current status of the Offer will be showing according to the pending Approvers selected
4) The approvers chosen will receive a task to complete this process and once approved by the chosen approvers, the offer stage is completed. The timeline of this process can also be checked in the Candidate Profile >Application Progress.
Please note that if any one of the approvers selected chooses to Reject the Offer, the entire Offer will be rejected and the system will automatically reset to the Generate Offer stage and the information will need to be re-filled into the system.
