To view the Employees Turnover Statistic in BrioHR, you may follow the steps below.
1. Go to HR Lounge.
2. Navigate to Reports.
3. Go to Statistics.
4. Navigate to Attrition.
You will be able to see the statistic as per the screenshot below.
How the calculation work?
Our system calculate the percentage of turnover rate as per the formula below:
[ Total Employees Left This Month / [(Total Employee Beginning Of This Month + Total Employee End Of This Month) / 2)]] x 100.
For example as per the statistic above, the employee turnover rate in March 2024 is 2.2%.
The calculation will be: [ 2/ [(92 + 90) /2]] x 100 = 2.2%.
