Discover the latest enhancements to our Expense Claims module. We've introduced the exciting new feature “Save as Draft” designed to elevate your experience with saving the claim as a draft which allows you to work on it at a later time without losing your progress in case of any unexpected situation.

Save as Draft ensures that you can come back to it when you have more time or when you need to revise it further. This feature is available in web browsers and mobile apps.

Important note:

1. Before saving the claim as a draft, please ensure that you provide a Report name (Mandatory). You can input or select other information such as the Transaction Date, Claim Type, Total amount, etc., at a later time.

2. Draft Claim is unable to submit. Kindly edit the Draft Claim to incorporate all mandatory details and you will be able to submit it.

3. Once all mandatory details have been provided, the claim will no longer be saved as draft anymore. It will transition to a regular claim that you can submit once saved.
