How to View and Download My PCB II Form? Print

You can start downloading your latest PCB II Form once you HR has released it to you.

To download your PCB II Form =

1. On the Home page, click on Payroll Documents

2. Click on PCB II Form for Document Type

Choose which year of PCB II form that you want to download. If you want to download for the latest year assessment (e.g, Year 2023), make sure the status is marked as "Released".

3. You will see a Download button. Click on it

4. Your PCB II form will be downloaded as a PDF form
