According to the Employment Act 1955, the public holiday on 16th September 2024 must be substituted with the next working day, which is 17th September 2024 or any other day.

BrioHR has already included both of these public holidays in the system for your convenience.
Note: This additional public holiday is automatically added to the system by default. If you wish to disable the holiday, please follow the below steps.
1. Go to Settings > Offices
2. At the relevant office, click Edit (green pencil icon)
3. At "Edit an office" window, go to "Public Holidays" tab
4. Turn off the toggle for > "Prophet Muhammad's Birthday Holiday" (17/09/2024)
5. Click "Submit" to complete the action
