To reset the password on behalf of an employee, please follow the below steps:

1. Click on Settings.

2. Click on Users.

3. Search for the name of the employee at the Search column.
4. Click on the '...' icon at the ACTIONS column.

5. Click on Reset password.

6. Select Yes at the Reset password pop-up window.

7. An email will be sent to the employee with the newly generated password.
