To register or add a new employee in BrioHR account, there are two (2) ways where you can do this.


  1. From the "People" section
  2. From the HR Lounge section


We are going to cover both sections in this article


FIRST PART : FROM "PEOPLE" SECTION


Login to your BrioHR account


1. Click on People from the top menu bar of your account



2. Click on button "Add new employee" 



2. A pop-out window with relevant fields to create/register a new employee will appear.


3. Fill up the information required.


Important


Do make sure that you always input a valid email address upon registering the employee. (Should you register the employee using his/her personal email address, you may update the email address once the company email address is activated.)


4. Click on Submit after filling up the information.


5. Employee Profile has now been created. Once you have create a new employee's account, you can proceed to his/her profile to update more information.


Note = Account/Registration of new employee will NOT trigger an activation email. You as an Admin need to manually send an activation email to this new employee for first time login. Click this article for instructions. 



SECOND PART : FROM "HR LOUNGE" SECTION


Login to your BrioHR account


1. Click on HR Lounge from the top menu bar of your account



2. Click on +Add employee button.




2. A pop-out window with relevant fields to create/register a new employee will appear.


Once you have create a new employee's account, you can proceed to his/her profile to update more information.


3. Fill up the information required.
