Go to HR Lounge

1. Click on Add new employee button.

2. A small window will pop up to confirm if you would like to include the employee into onboarding process.

Click on Yes if you wish to enroll the new joiner into the onboarding process. The employee account will be registered into onboarding processes before the join date.

Otherwise, click No to proceed. The employee account will still be created if you click on No.

 3. Fill up the information required.


Do make sure that you always input a valid email address upon registering the employee. (Should you register the employee using his/her personal email address, you may update the email address once the company email address is activated.)

4. Click on Submit after filling up the information.

5. Employee Profile has now been created.
