The different categories of the BrioHR 360 Feedbacks are define as bellow =
- 360 Feedbacks - Upwards = People who report to the appraisee will be asked for feedback. They can be anyone more junior.
- For example, the appraisee's direct reports, the interns, or someone who worked in a project the appraisee manages
- 360 Feedbacks - Downwards = People who manages the appraisee will be asked for feedback. They can be anyone more senior.
- For example, the supervisor, or project managers who have worked with the appraisee.
- 360 Feedbacks - Peers = People who have worked with the appraisee will be asked for feedback. They can be anyone from the same level.
- For example, the team members, or any other peers the appraisee has interacted with.
