A. EMPLOYER STATUTORY CONTRIBUTIONS :
With this exciting new update, you may now view the employer statutory contributions at the Payroll dashboard with a simple click of a button!
1. Once you have clicked on "Run Payroll", you will be navigated to Step 1 (Adjust Payroll) of the payroll process.
2. Enable the "Employer contributions" toggle, to view the information.

B. PAYROLL ITEM CONFIGURATIONS :
You may now view the configuration settings of a payroll item directly from the Payroll dashboard.
1. Once you have clicked on "Run Payroll", you will be navigated to Step 1 (Adjust Payroll) of the payroll process.
2. Click on the Employee, to view or add the payroll item.
3. Hover your mouse over the "Edifice" icon, to view the payroll item configuration settings.

*Note : You may only view the payroll item configurations from the Payroll dashboard. To create a custom payroll item, go to Payroll > Settings > Default Payslip Items > +Create custom item.

C. PAYROLL ITEM SELECTIONS :
Now, you can easily select an Addition, Deduction or Tax Relief payroll item from a single dropdown menu.
1. Once you have clicked on "Add Addition/Deduction/Tax Relief", simply key in the payroll item at the Search bar.
2. Click on the corresponding payroll item, to add it to the employee's payroll.
3. Click on the "+Add amount" icon, to input the value.
4. To set the payroll item as a recurring item, click on the "Set recurring" icon.
*Note :The above instructions are to add the payroll items for individual employees.
To add the payroll items in bulk for more than one employee, kindly click on the "+Add items in bulk" icon.
At the Payroll Bulk Actions dashboard, you may add an Addition/Deduction payroll item, for more than one employee at a time.
1. Start by selecting the type - Addition or Deduction.
2. Next, select the Addition/Deduction type from the dropdown menu.
3. Lastly, enter the amount below for the applicable employees.
Once you have completed Steps 1, 2 and 3, you may choose to save the bulk actions as draft by clicking on the "Save as draft" icon or return to the Payroll dashboard without saving, by clicking on the "Return without saving" icon.
You may also use the Search bar, and "Select department" or "Select office" filters to easily search for the employees.
Tick the checkbox to check/validate the total number of employees that have a value input for the payroll item selected. At the TOTAL AMOUNT column, you may easily view and verify the total amount added for the payroll item.
