To start, login to the BrioHR account.
1. Go to Team
2. Click on Team Performance
Now you're at the Performance dashboard with overview of your direct reports' Performance cycle progress.
3. Choose any employee and click on See details
3. Here is the individual Performance page of your appraisee.
