There is a way to close current ongoing Performance cycle. Once this cycle is closed, it will close for all employees who are included/ taking part in the current cycle
Login to your BrioHR account:
1. Go to HR Lounge
2. Navigate to Employee Performance
You will be taken to Performance Dashboard.
3. Click on the 3 dots (...) next to View Report button.
4. Choose Close current cycle from the drop-down menu.
A pop-out confirmation message will appear.
5. Click Yes to continue.
NOTE : Once the performance cycle has been closed =
1. Employees who haven't submitted their employee self appraisal are not able to do that anymore
2. Managers/Appraisers who haven't submitted their appraiser appraisal are not able to do that anymore
3. Any appraisal forms that are not yet released to the employees will be auto released and employees able to see their final appraisal rating and comments.
4. Employees who haven't "acknowledge" their released appraisal form are not able to do that anymore
5. HR cannot undo the process of closing the performance cycle
6. HR can start opening a new performance cycle instead
