We have updated our Performance dashboard and would like to show you around our new and enhanced dashboard.
A vast difference is in the Dashboard, and we have captured a comparison of both the old and new dashboard.
Some of the enhancements include:
1) The ability to Nudge employees which have pending tasks to be completed
2) The ability to filter the Employees, Appraisers, Status, Departments as well as Offices in the different stages of the performance cycle through the See Details button
3) A quick access under Total Objectives which allow you to directly access the employee's objectives
4) An extensive overview of the Active Cycle including the different stages of the performance cycle.
