Latest Update:

1. Category rename to Claim Type.

  • This field is to identify the claim type that employee submitted for the request and can add filter to filter specific claim type to show in the report. 


2. Expense Category added to the Fields & Filters.

  • This field is to identify if the claim request is for Generic Expense, Mileage, Per Day Allowance, Cash advance request or Cash Advance Settlement. It can add filter to show the specific expense category in the report.


3. Cash Advance Request ID added to the Fields & Filters.

  • This field is exclusively for Cash Advance Settlement. The Cash Advance Request ID is to match the Claim Report Transaction ID for the cash advance request so we will know this settlement report is submitted for which cash advance request.



In this tutorial, we'll demonstrate how to get an expense claim report from the Reports module.

1. Go to HR Lounge

2. Click Reports button (at the top right corner of 'Employee List' table)

3. Search for Expense Claims and click Create
