We are thrilled to announce our latest feature, "Enabling Contributing Goals". This enhancement empowers managers and appraisers to establish direct connections between their objectives and those of their subordinates. This functionality proves particularly beneficial when subordinates play a pivotal role in achieving overarching goals.

For example:

The CEO aims to achieve a revenue target of 10 million, with the Sales Department pivotal in this endeavor. For instance, both "Field Sales" and "Online Sales" have individual targets of 5 million each. The CEO has the option to align their objective with the Head of Sales Department (direct report/appraisee only), allowing progress on the Head of Sales' objectives to contribute to the CEO's overarching goal.

Important Note:

1. Subordinate resigns, the progress of the subordinate's objective will still show at the objective progress of the manager/appraiser and contribute to the goals. You may remove the contributing goal if the resigned subordinate progress should not affect the manager/appraiser.

2. Manager/Appraiser resigns, it won't affect the objective of the subordinates.

3. Contributor doesn't see the progress from contributing goals.

Please refer to the video guide below for more information on how to enable contributing goals and how to link the objective of managers/appraisers to the subordinates
